Dara III might be doomed and we are late!
For 20 years Dara III has been exploited by the Dara Empire.
The intelligent native Dryta, Rota, Humcrue and Humrex have been suppressed to ensure the mining of Pora and Kara Energy. For the wealth of the empire the mines are active all day and night.
Solar Agents have intelligence reports that there were already several accidents on the mines that caused great destruction. Some places are even contaminated and might not be recoverable to habitat for the Dara III natives.
But that’s not everything! It seems they are researching for a bio-energy bomb and are already testing early prototypes.
Will the empire use this bomb against the Solar Empire?
The Dara Empire and their actions lured the Ista Smuggler to Dara III. They are found everywhere where they can make easy profit. At the moment mostly Aliar (a very tough race) are working for the smugglers. But some natives are interested to help them too as they can harm the Empire with it.
But Dara III alignments and Alliances are not easy to understand. You never know who works for whom as the most important thing for each individual might be different!
Sometimes it is money, sometimes energy and sometimes pure bloodlust!
Meanwhile the Dara Cult is looming all over! Their necromantic research has been very successful in building magic mutants that are mostly dumb but sometimes are helping the Cult to take their stand.
Who will ever understand the cult’s structure and hierarchy? They are undermining politics but never take a side. Instead they are looking for chaos and destruction to keep the terror on Dara III.
But let’s get back to the real thread. If they can finish that bio-energy bomb they will use it against the Solar Empire.
So you are here to find out as much as possible about the status of their research and should interrupt, destroy and eliminate all Dara Empire activities, sites and agents.
At some points you should avoid that your actions will be seen as Solar Empire activities. We do not want to start the conflict and mostly want to avoid an open confrontation at all!
Maybe that is soon not possible anymore.
